JUVÉDERM ULTRA XC AND ULTRA PLUS XC
These original dermal filler products have been used for years to correct common signs of aging such as nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Each contains specifically-sized hyaluronic acid particles in a gel base the provides softness and stability beneath the skin. The consistency of ULTRA and ULTRA PLUS fillers makes them well-suited to the correction of lines and folds around the nose and mouth and for lip augmentation in which more fullness is desired.
JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA XC
When we already have ULTRA and ULTRA PLUS fillers for lip augmentation, is there really a need for another option? Yes. Yes, there is. Juvéderm Volbella XC has been specially made using Vycross technology to create a softer, smoother product to enhance the delicate tissue around the mouth. Volbella is not only used at the edges of the lips to add definition but also around the mouth to smooth the fine lines that develop with age. When a subtle increase in volume is wanted, we may use Volbella. When a more noticeable increase in volume is desired, we may use ULTRA PLUS XC.
JUVÉDERM VOLUMA XC
Also made with Vycross technology, Voluma is the dermal filler that is formulated for deeper insertion beneath the skin. This structural filler is denser in its gel base to add contouring to the cheek area. Building out the cheekbones where they have flattened brings proportion back to the face. The focus on the cheeks can also provide a gentle lift at the jawline. Finally, addressing the upper cheek area with Voluma, the crease between the cheek and the lower eyelids can be smoothed. This makes undereye bags much less noticeable.
JUVÉDERM VOLLURE XC
The same Vycross technology that is used to make Volbella and Voluma exists in Vollure XC. This manufacturing process cross-links hyaluronic acid particles to decrease the molecular weight of each product. Like Volbella and Voluma, Juvéderm Vollure is characterized by precision in weight that makes it ideal for specific areas and uses. Vollure is used to correct nasolabial folds and other creases around the nose and mouth without affecting the suppleness of the skin when facial expressions are made.
