Are you finding it difficult to drop those last few pounds? Have you noticed the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may want to consider undergoing a series of Exilis treatments.
Dr. Vivian Bucay and her staff offer Exilis treatments to patients who are looking to reduce fat that won’t go away naturally or who wish to want to make their skin brighter, smoother, and more vibrant.
Please note that BTL Exilis is only available at our La Casita-West Craig location with Melissa Valdez.
What are Exilis Treatments?
Exilis is a non-invasive reshaping treatment. Using thermal energy, this treatment stimulates collagen production deep below the surface of the skin. Once collagen production is increased it leads to the reduction of fat deposits and can even smooth or rejuvenate your skin.

How Successful are Exilis Treatments?
Many of our patients prefer this type of reshaping treatment because it is so consistent with its results. Almost all patients will see results. Some of our patients see results within a few weeks after the completion of treatment, while others may see results in two to three months.
Is There Any Preparation Required Before an Exilis Treatment?
Yes. Exilis treatments are only successful when a patient is fully hydrated. Proper hydration is needed to help remove any toxins or fluids that may have built up in the body. It can also help speed up the metabolic process, which is vital in helping with reducing fat deposits.
In an effort to make sure our patients are hydrated, we recommend they drink lots of water the day before treatment, the day of treatment, and the day after treatment. The amount of water you need to drink will vary depending upon your current weight. Our staff will provide you with instructions during your consultation or when you schedule an appointment with us.
During your treatment
During a session, one of our aestheticians will place a small computer-controlled device over the treatment area. The device will emit thermal energy that is absorbed by the skin. Each treatment session lasts anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes.
Exilis treatments can be administered to any part of the body that you wish to reshape or smooth. Common areas that are treated by our staff include the jowls, neck, eyes, chin, thighs, back, abdomen, and love handles.
