Rachna Bhandari, MD, PhD is a board-certified Dermatologist and diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. She is excited to have joined Dr. Vivian Bucay where she can offer personalized care for her patients.

Dr. Talia Noorily

Dr. Noorily was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. She completed her Bachelors degree in Plan II Honors at the University of Texas at Austin. She attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine, where she graduated with Highest Honors. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and then completed her dermatology residency at Baylor College of Medicine.
