I am writing to inform you that I will be leaving Bucay Center for Dermatology and Aesthetics effective July 16, 2026.
I will be taking some time to spend with my new baby and then will be joining a new dermatology practice in San Antonio.

Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another practice or released to you only through your permission. If you choose to remain a patient of Bucay Center for Dermatology and Aesthetics, you do not have to take any further action. You will be in excellent hands with Dr. Vivian Bucay.
Should you wish to transfer your medical records, you may request an authorization form from Mindful Skin Dermatology at your first visit, or you may contact Bucay Center for Dermatology and Aesthetics at 210-370-9995 if you would like your records released to you or elsewhere.
